Cancellation Policy
Transfer of Camp Weeks
Due to the complexities of AGF, camps are not permitted to be transferred to other weeks once registration has been submitted.
- A cancellation made 4 weeks or more prior to the camp start date will be fully refunded (less a $25 administration fee per camp).
- A cancellation made between 2 – 3 weeks prior to the camp start date will be fully refunded (less a $75 administration fee per camp).
- A cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to camp start date will not be refunded.
