How to Process your Part Time Kinder Summer Care Fees
If your child will be attending Kinder Summer Camps at BSA
To secure your space, an e-transfer in the amount of the total camp cost must be made as soon as your registration form has been submitted.
Not paying your fees right away will result in an incomplete registration.
Incomplete registrations will not be processed and may be replaced in the system by other registrations completed ahead of yours, resulting in a loss of your space.
As soon as you submit your registration form, please e-transfer the total amount of your camp fees to [email protected]
Please include your child’s full name in the e-transfer to ensure it can be tracked to the correct child.
A reminder to please use the chart & information on the Funding Page to calculate any Affordability Grant Funding you may be entitled to. Once you have calculated that amount, please reduce your payment by that amount and then submit your e-transfer as outlined above.
If you qualify for subsidy based on the government criteria, this reduction will be reimbursed to you the month after your child attends camps and you must email us a copy of your approval letter in order for us to reimburse you.
