How to Process your Full Time Kinder Summer Care Fees
If your child will be attending FSA for full time Summer care
Monthly Fees:
$823/month for 5 day schedule
$554/month for 4 day schedule (Mon-Thurs OR Tues-Fri)
This option qualifies for the Affordability Grant (Full time grant of $626 already removed from above pricing).
If you qualify for subsidy that would be a further reduction to the above fees and dependent on your family's qualification for this reduction, and based on government criteria.
If you chose this option, you must register your child for:
a) ALL of July OR
b) ALL of July & August together
There are NO August only options.
Securing Your Child's Care
A $300 deposit for each month will be due upon completion of your registration to hold your place for summer care at FSA. Not paying your deposit right away will result in an incomplete registration.
Incomplete registrations will not be processed and may be replaced in the system by other registrations completed ahead of yours, resulting in a loss of your space.
Deposits are paid via e-transfer to [email protected]
Please include your child’s full name in the e-transfer to ensure it can be tracked to the correct child.
THIS IS THE ONLY PAYMENT YOU NEED TO TRANSFER – Accounting will process the remainder of your monthly fee at the beginning of the month it applies to.
REFUNDS: One month email notification must be provided to receive a full refund – notice received after that time will not qualify for any refund of your deposit.
If your child is NOT CURRENTLY registered at Steps Academy, please complete & submit the pre-authorization payment form (PPF) to process the remainder of your summer care payments for full-time care at FSA.

No other fees will be processed after you have completed your summer care with FSA unless you continue your registration with us.
